MEDISONA is a free mobile application designed to help users manage their medication schedules. The App utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to read prescription images and automatically schedule exact alarms and reminders for medication doses.

MEDISONA is a 100% free service. We may utilize affiliate marketing links within the App in the future to support development, but the core features will remain free.

2. Medical Disclaimer (CRITICAL)

MEDISONA is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The AI prescription parsing feature is designed to assist you, but it may make mistakes (e.g., misreading a drug name or dosage due to poor handwriting).
• You must always manually verify the AI-extracted medication names, dosages, and schedules against your physical prescription before saving them.
• Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information provided by this App.
• We are not liable for any health complications, missed doses, or overdoses resulting from the use of this App or reliance on its AI outputs.

3. User Responsibilities

By using MEDISONA, you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Grant the App the necessary device permissions (such as "Alarms & Reminders" and "Notifications") required for the App to function properly. If you deny these permissions, the App will not be able to remind you to take your medicine.
• Keep your account credentials (email/password or Google account) secure.
• Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. App Permissions

To provide exact and timely medication reminders, MEDISONA requires specific device permissions, specifically the SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM permission on Android devices. You acknowledge that revoking this permission will prevent the App from functioning as intended.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, architecture, and source code of the MEDISONA App are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MEDISONA and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to AI inaccuracies, missed alarms, or server downtime.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
